Jade Ecobichon-Gray, BSc (Hons) MSc is a behavioural change and social wellness consultant with extensive experience in business development and transformational change initiatives. Jade works with both public and private sector organisations to create, embed, and sustain equitable social wellness strategies and DEI initiatives through bespoke end to end consultancy, workshop facilitation, educational seminars, and webinars.
Laura Morton is a Forensic Psychologist currently working in the Adolescent At-risk and Forensic Service, a National & Specialist Community and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). Her previous role was in the Youth Custody Service, providing a range of clinical, research, training, supervision and consultancy services. Prior to qualifying as a psychologist she specialised in substance misuse and led the City of London Substance Misuse Service, which included joint delivery and evaluation of a smoking cessation project with Queen Mary’s University London.
Dr Emma Uprichard is an Associate Consultant at Resolve Consultants and specialises in Complexity informed evaluations and policy development. She brings a wealth of experience in addressing messy and ambiguous challenges that many organisations face.
Joel is the founder and CEO of a charitable organisation dedicated to reducing the impact of social inequality on children and young adults. He has vast expertise working in the youth justice system, social services, and education. Joel also does D&I seminars and public speaking engagements on the subject of mental health.
