Our conflict resolution framework draws on over 20 years of experience in facilitating and developing organisational change to enable sustainable conflict resolution services which create a learning culture.

We begin by exploring the challenges leaders faced, often through personal experiences and real-life examples of conflicts. We then use our unique conflict resolution framework to support leaders in becoming conflict-confident, whether in one-to-one situations, teams, or with clients and partners.

Resolution Practitioner Training

Practitioner training spans three days, with Group learning in place for ongoing development and support.

Through in-depth interviews and focus groups, we identify points where culture can create experiences of excitement and disappointment. We then work with change agents across the organisation to develop a tipping point strategy for changing the culture.

Executive Thinking in Systems Learning.

The one-to-one sessions will be co- constructed using a complexity approach and real-world challenges or scenarios to support personal development and growth as an executive leader who can think in systems to address specific challenges and enhance opportunities for system change.
